About the role
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the accounting team in handling daily financial and administrative tasks. This role involves preparing documents, updating records, and assisting with general accounting operations to ensure smooth financial processes within the company.
What Youโll Be Doing
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, filing, invoicing, payments, and document management.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Purchase Invoices (PI).
- Perform stock adjustments when required.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper records.
- Prepare daily sales reports for management review.
- Assist with member registration and prepare monthly staff attendance reports.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What Weโre Looking For
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software.
- Responsible, accurate, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
